150 + Fire Door Maintenance Project

Addiscombe Grove in East Croydon

We are pleased to share our ongoing maintenance fire door maintenance project at Addiscombe Grove in East Croydon, undertaken for our valued client, Pocket Living .

This project involves the comprehensive
maintenance of over 400 fire doors (of which we have completed 150 so far), each critical to the overall safety and compliance of the residential building. The work included replacing intumescent seals, defective hardware and adjustment of door margins, ensuring that every fire door was fully compliant and functional.

Consistent maintenance of fire doors plays a vital role in building safety and we’re pleased to continue to support Pocket Living with their properties.
